Jeremy
Jeremy brings more than two decades of HVAC industry experience to Gray Goat Air. Before starting Gray Goat Air with his family, he previously owned a successful Arizona HVAC company that earned three Angie's List Super Service Awards.
That experience shapes the way Gray Goat Air approaches service today: diagnose the problem carefully, explain the options clearly, avoid high-pressure sales, and stand behind the workmanship.

Chelsea
Chelsea brings a broad business and operations background to Gray Goat Air. Before entering the HVAC industry, her experience included real estate, managing large multi-family operations, and vendor management—work that required organization, communication, coordination, and keeping many moving parts on track.
She later joined the family's previous HVAC company as its office manager, bringing that operations experience into the heating and cooling business. Today at Gray Goat Air, Chelsea serves as co-owner, office manager, and creative director.
Her role reaches across the day-to-day operation of the company—from the customer and office experience to organization, vendor coordination, branding, marketing, and the creative direction behind Gray Goat Air. Together, Jeremy and Chelsea are building the company around experienced HVAC service and the personal accountability of a family-owned local business.

Logan
HVAC has been part of the family for years. Logan was already getting hands-on exposure to the trade around 2017, and that family connection is part of what makes Gray Goat Air different from a large, anonymous service company.
